Log in to your member account by clicking the log in button on the top right corner.

If you've already signed in, skip to step 3. 

Sign into or up for an account though Facebook, Google, or Email. 

Note: You may have to wait for a short period after signing up for the first time. This allows our staff to verify your membership status and prepare your account for the new system. 

Now that you have created your account and signed in, you should now see your name on the sign in screen.

You may of may not have a profile image, Facebook and Google will automatically import it... but it is not an issue if your sign in doesn't look exactly like this.

Select "My Bookings" from the drop down menu.
 

Welcome to the Bookings page! Here you can see all your upcoming and past bookings with Glass Axis. This is where you can reschedule and cancel bookings, as well as start a new booking.

Click "Book Here" to begin a new booking. 

From the Rental Disambiguation menu, select what type of rental you would like. We offer everything from Hot Shop to Torch, Neon, Kiln, and Cold shop rentals.

Click the "Book Now" Button to continue. 

Select the desired hole from the menu provided.

Please note that the cost and diameter of the hole are located just below the name. 

Now that we have selected the desired Glory Hole, we must choose how long we would like the hole for. Beside the length of the rental, take note of the price.

Click the blue "Book It" button to book the desired length of time. 

Now select the date that you would like to book your equipment on. The blue box means you have selected that date. 

Now to pick a start time for your class. Any times that don't show up are either already reserved by another member, or blocked off by our staff for classes or events.

Note: When you book, our system automatically allots 15min for clean up/take down, and 15min for set up before you slot technically begins.
 

Select your time slot from the list provided. 

If you have been given access to our member credit system, before continuing to the next step, please use your member credit coupon code in the box provided.

Do not share your member credit code with anyone else. It is tracked individually though members, that way we can trace who used their code and when. 

After confirming all the information you have entered is correct. Click next to continue to payment.
