GLASS AXIS CANCELLATION POLICY

 If a student cancellation/reschedule request is received:

 

72 hours or more prior to the scheduled class:

Student may drop the class and receive a full refund or the option to transfer into a new class where space is available, with no cancellation fee.

Within 72 hours of the scheduled class:

No refund available. Student may transfer into a new class if space is available for a $25 administrative fee.

SERIES AND SUMMER INTENSIVES

If minimum enrollment is not met, the class will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.

If a student cancels, we must be notified 30 days prior to class start date for a full refund, 7 days prior for a 50% refund.
